Yeah, I love the idea, especially appearance change with limit one or twice per year or per time a character has /played, this would be cool.
Also a name change, for example one time per character ever seems reasonable.
Not sure about race change as this affects quests and racial skills etc.
But change the look and maybe name for free but limited use (per character lifetime or per year or per time played) seems ok to me

Iam planing to play on “Barrens” and iam mainly a PvP-Player so i would like to change my Race depends on the Addon were on. Like in Classic/TBC u maybe wanna play differen racialspells then in Woltk. So i would like to have the chance to be able to change Race/Faction.
